Big Brother 28 spoilers reveal more names of the new cast.
As previously reported by Tea on TV, the first 14 houseguests were revealed during a big online event. Host Julie Chen Moonves helped introduce fun video clips for each new player.
But that’s not all! Three more reality TV stars are joining the group, including a Big Brother alum who has as many haters as she does fans. This really spices things up.
In total, there are now five reality TV stars on the BB28 cast. That includes the two who were revealed earlier on move-in day.
Yes, you read that right. In case you haven’t seen the updated schedule, July 7 was move-in day for the BB28 cast.
A quick reminder about the first two reality TV stars on BB28
Earlier in the day, we learned that someone from RuPaul’s Drag Race and someone from American Idol are playing Big Brother this summer.
Jason De Puy, a 35-year-old drag queen from Los Angeles and a self-professed “low-key” super fan, was on RuPaul’s Drag Race.
Lyric Medeiros, a 25-year-old attorney from Hawaii, was on American Idol (that’s her above).
Jason and Lyric are now competing against 15 other houseguests for a $750,000 prize.
Big Brother 28 spoilers about the three new houseguests
It has now been revealed that Angela Murray from Big Brother 26 and Rick Devens from Survivor are in the BB28 house.
Angela made waves on BB26. She had a notorious feud with fellow houseguest Matt Hardeman. Matt was sent home first. He remains bitter. So do some fans.
Rick Devens has been on Survivor numerous times. He was also on Survivor 50. Now, he enters the BB house.
One more Survivor alum joins them. But we will meet them during the Friday episode (July 10) of Big Brother: Unlocked.
As a reminder, the Big Brother 28 season premiere arrives on Thursday, July 9. But they are already playing the game.
July 7 was move-in day, but it was also Day 1 of the season. Producers will pre-tape footage to show during the first few episodes.
Is there some twist to the reality TV stars being on the show? Will Angela and Rick play as normal houseguests? We may have to wait until premiere night to find out the specifics.
