Big Brother 28 sent someone home tonight. The houseguests finally had to choose sides, and it created interesting Week 2 scenarios.
The Live Feeds have been buzzing as the three nominees tried to find safety at the upcoming Eviction Ceremony.
Someone also tanked their game this week, but we’ll get to that!
As a reminder, Survivor winner Dee Valladares became the first week’s Head of Household.
Dee nominated Mallory Aurichio, Taylor Brown, and Yash Patel for eviction.
Later, Mallory won the Power of Veto and saved herself from the block.
Dee named Ashley Trail the replacement nominee.
Big Brother 28, Episode 5 brief recap
The new episode on July 16 began by recapping what had happened after the Veto Ceremony. Alliances were scrambling to decide who they wanted to vote out.
An alliance of Rome Seymour, Lala Verrett, and Jason Du Poy started making waves, and people were noticing. Dee, Angela Murray, and Kamu Kirk were a bit worried.
Ashley went to Dee and Drew Campbell for help. They said they would try to find votes to save her. Haley also got on board with it.
But Ashley doomed herself. She began telling the other side of the house her plan to survive and who was helping her. That all got back to the people who had originally wanted to keep Ashley around. Oops.
Who won the BB Blockbuster Challenge?
Yash, Taylor, and Ashley had one more chance at safety.
The challenge had the trio watching pictures of houseguests as they appeared on screens. They had to figure out which houseguest was shown the most.
Yash got it right and won the BB Blockbuster Challenge.
Thus, Yash was safe for the week.
Who got evicted on Big Brother 28 during Week 1?
The houseguests had to evict either Taylor or Ashley on Thursday night.
As the folks at Tea on TV had already reported, Ashley tanked her game this past week. It seemed like this would be a very one-sided vote.
Below are the houseguests and who they voted to evict (in order):

- Melody voted for Ashley.
- Rome voted for Ashley.
- Lyric voted for Ashley.
- Mallory voted for Ashley.
- Angela voted for Ashley.
- Devens voted for Ashley.

- Kamu voted for Drew, then said Ashley. Interesting!
- Haley voted for Ashley.
- Barrett voted for Ashley.
- Drew voted for Ashley.
- La Trice voted for Ashley.
- Chuk voted for Ashley.
It was a 14-0 vote against Ashley.
