Big Brother noms don’t want to use the Power of Veto this week?

An odd moment from the Big Brother 28 cast surfaced on the Live Feeds.

Two nominees say they will not use the Power of Veto if they win it.

It’s almost unbelievable. And it underscores how delusional one particular player has been this summer.

Before we jump ahead, let’s break down the spoilers from the beginning of Week 5.

A recap of recent Big Brother 28 spoilers

La Trice is your Week 5 HOH. She won the Endurance Challenge (The Wall) on Thursday night.

This is the first time someone outside of the Red Corner alliance has been in power. And some people are handling it badly.

La Trice had her Nomination Ceremony on Friday. This was her chance to set the tone for the week and possibly make a huge move.

A big move is exactly what she made. La Trice nominated Haley, Chuk, and Barrett.

Haley is the primary target, and Barrett is a pawn. Chuk got ratted out by Kamu, who threw him under the bus to save himself.

That Red Corner alliance is crumbling. Here’s where things started getting very interesting on the feeds.

Haley and Chuk have an odd idea for Big Brother 28 Week 5

Ready for this? Haley says that the best plan is for herself or Chuk to win the Power of Veto and not use it. This way, nobody in their alliances can be named as a replacement nominee.

This was the idea that Haley shared with Dee and Angela. And it might be the nuttiest one we have ever heard from a nominee.

Under this plan, Haley assumes Barrett will get voted out at the next Eviction Ceremony. It definitely assumes a lot. For the plan to work, Barrett would also have to lose the BB Blockbuster. If he were to win it, the vote would be between Haley and Chuk.

But do we believe Haley and Chuk would decline to use the Power of Veto? That seems like such terrible gameplay. Maybe not being at risk for four weeks has hidden how badly Haley is ready to play Big Brother.

Stay tuned folks, because this is getting nutty.

Additionally, Haley is still trying to figure out the Lyric eviction vote. She can’t pinpoint who actually voted to evict Lyric and who turned on her to save Melody.

More Tea from Big Brother and beyond

Here’s a link to a recap of the new Big Brother: Unlocked episode. It revealed who won the Time Capsule vote this week. Josh Martinez from BB19 and The Challenge also showed up.

Also, Frankie Grande responded to Kamu’s request to be set up with his sister. Instead of a date, he provided some shade.

Elsewhere, a Big Brother winner wants to “smear” spicy food “in Kamu’s face” now. It was a hot topic on social media.
