Tea on TV recently revealed that two Married at First Sight couples were vying for the title of America’s Favorite Couple.
However, another duo has entered the competition.
Jasmine Seacrest and her new hubby, Jarius Wallace, have now thrown their hats in the ring, but do they stand a chance?
The MAFS Season 16 star is up against Madison Myers and David Trimble, as well as Briana Myles and Vincent Morales.
It’s hard to imagine anyone voting for David and Madison to win the title, given that their sordid affair caused major controversy in Season 17.
If social media is anything to go by, and we all know that it is, the obvious MAFS frontrunners are Vincent and Briana.
Jasmine Secrest and hubby join the race for America’s Favorite Couple
Time is sprinting by because Jasmine has already been married for a month and counting.
The MAFS star and her hubby took to Instagram to celebrate the occasion and share the news that they were entering the competition to win America’s Favorite Couple.
Jasmine and Jarius are currently 4th in their group and will need a lot more votes to pass the first round.
The first cut will be on July 10, so the duo has about six days to move up the ranks.
Two other MAFS couples are also in the competition
As for the other MAFS couples in the competition, they are doing well so far.
Thanks to Briana and Vincent’s combined 460,000 Instagram followers, the couple is ranked first in their group.
Meanwhile, the controversial duo Madison and David are currently in first place in their group as well.
If all the MAFS couples make it to the next round, they will compete against each other for the coveted title and cash prize.
The winner will be featured in Variety magazine as America’s Favorite Couple, plus they’ll take home $20,000.
With three MAFS couples in the mix, run to the comments and tell us who’s getting your vote.
Married at First Sight is currently on hiatus.
