The Challenge 43 rumors addressed by TJ Lavin and Johnny Bananas
“SIZZLIN NEW EPISODE🔥 TJ stops by the pod to separate FACT from FICTION 👨⚖️ Breaks down the final 📝 Tackles conspiracy theories 👽 And gives some insight on what the future holds for the challenge🫢,” reads the caption of a new Instagram post.
Johnny Bananas has a new episode of Death, Taxes, and Bananas. This time, Challenge host TJ Lavin was in the building. They covered lots of ground in the interview, but one segment about Season 43 is worth a listen.
“From what you know… is there any… can you put some minds at ease here?” Bananas asked Lavin about The Challenge 43. “Is the show still chugging along?”
Earlier, he noted online rumors suggested that Season 42 would be the end. But he went straight to the source for new answers.
“I mean, as far as I know, we will be filming,” Lavin answered. “At some point.”
“It’s just a matter of when and where. That’s all. So, I mean, I don’t have, I don’t have a definitive statement in saying ‘yes, we’re filming. Here we go.’ But I don’t have the opposite of that either,” Lavin added.
“I’ve been doing this for 42 seasons, counting all the spinoffs, and I’ve never had something, aside from when we did four seasons in one year,” Lavin elaborated.
Later, he admitted that he’s “never had the luxury of knowing” new seasons would be ordered.
“Like, this season that we just filmed, and that we just had, is so good in my mind that I feel it warrants another contract. So, hopefully we’ll get it done, and we’ll make it happen,” Lavin finished his thought.
A link to the full podcast episode is linked below, and TJ Lavin sounds confident that The Challenge 43 is on the way.
