Married at First Sight still casting for new cities

In case you missed it, Married at First Sight is branching out to four new cities, so if you’re single and looking for love, keep reading.

MAFS experts Pastor Calvin Roberson, Dr. Pepper Schwartz, and Dr. Pia Holec are taking their matchmaking expertise to Seattle, Las Vegas, Kansas City, and Phoenix.

Maybe this change will inject some much-needed life into the franchise, but who knows?

Either way, if you haven’t signed up yet, there’s still time.

The casting call was sent out earlier this year, along with news of another big change.

As of Season 19, which is scheduled for later this year, the show will move from Lifetime to the popular streaming platform Peacock.

MAFS is scouting singles in Las Vegas and Seattle

MAFS executive producer Montre Burton recently reshared a post from the Kinetic Content Instagram page, the production company behind MAFS.

The post was originally shared in March and announced that four new cities had been added to the roster.

“Did you hear the news?!?! Married at First Sight has moved to Peacock, and we are NOW CASTING in these cities!” the caption read.

“If you know someone who is ready to take the ultimate leap of faith, send them to the link in our BIO or DM us to nominate them!”

Meanwhile, casting is still underway months later.

So if you’re brave enough to marry a stranger, try your luck and drop a comment below so we can look out for you when the time comes.

When will Season 19 premiere?

If our calculations are correct, MAFS Season 19 should be hitting our TV screens sometime this summer.

However, since the show has moved from Lifetime to Peacock, it’s hard to tell if the schedule will remain the same.

For now, we’re still waiting for an update on that.

In the meantime, the new season promises to be an exciting one with a mother-daughter duo in the mix for the first time ever.

Another first for MAFS: the show has finally listened to viewers and changed the age range from early twenties and thirties.

Season 19 will feature the oldest couple in the franchise’s history, ranging from their early 50s to their early 60s.
