She and Jedidiah Duggar were the first Duggar couple to welcome multiples, and his being a twin himself added to the excitement.
As the couple navigates life with four under three, Katey shares various updates about the kids.
Her most recent update featured Elsie and Emma, who were introduced to food for the first time.
The girls are nearly five months old already.
Time has flown by since the girls were born at the beginning of the year.

Jedidiah Duggar and his wife have been open about their lives, sharing their children on social media and announcing their pregnancies for their followers.
The most recent “first” for Elsie and Emma was baby cereal.
Katey set the girls up and introduced the spoons to the girls, who seemed to enjoy their first bites of Gerber’s oatmeal baby cereal.

As Elsie and Emma Duggar grow, they are looking more and more like Jedidiah Duggar’s side of the family.
The girls have big, beautiful eyes, a trait often associated with Jessa Duggar’s daughters, Ivy Jane and Fern.
Katey Duggar had the twins in Bumbo chairs, with one girl wearing a bow in her curly hair and the other without one. The resemblance of the twins and their cousins is unmistakable.
A few comments also suggested the girls may resemble Jinger’s daughter Felicity from what Counting On viewers remember. Felicity has darker eyes. However, the curly hair and color could indicate a slight resemblance.
One thing is for sure — the girls don’t look like their big brother or big sister.

Katey Duggar continues to share children
While some of the Duggar daughters and daughters-in-law have chosen to keep their kids off social media entirely or only show them from behind, Katey and Jedidiah Duggar don’t seem to have an issue with it.
The couple often shares clips and fun things they do with the kids.
Katey does some neat things with her kids, including planting a garden and other child-friendly activities.
If there were to be another show featuring the Duggars, we’d bet Jed and Katey would sign up without any issue.
