David and Madison make top 10 cut for America’s favorite couple

Have you been following America’s Favorite Couple competition? Well, we have a major update.

Controversial couple Madison Myers and David Trimble have made it to the top ten.

That’s quite a feat since they were the villains on Married at First Sight Season 18 due to a cheating scandal that rocked the franchise.

The MAFS alums fielded backlash on social media but later garnered support when people realized they were in it for the long haul.

The tables have certainly turned, and now they’ve captured the hearts of America with their love story.

So much so that now they’re competing for America’s Favorite Couple and racking up plenty of votes to stay in the competition.

David Trimble and Madison Myers are still in the competition

David and Madison competing for America’s Favorite Couple seemed ludicrous, but they’re proving the naysayers wrong.

The MAFS couple has been vying for votes on social media, and they just made it past the first round.

Now in the top ten, the duo has a good chance of snagging the title, a feature in Variety, and a cool $20,000 cash prize.

After making it to the top 10, David took to Instagram to thank his followers for their support with a post that read, ‘We made top 10.”

“Thank you. Thank you. Feeling blessed with all the love around us,” he added. “We appreciate everyone more than words can say. We will keep growing and loving.”

Another MAFS couple is also in the competition

David and Madison are aiming for the top 5 as the second round of voting continues.

However, they will have a hard time beating out Season 12 couple Briana Myles and Vincent Morales, who are currently in the lead.

With almost half a million combined Instagram followers compared to Madison and David’s 54,000, they’ll have to work overtime to take the title.

Meanwhile, one MAFS duo didn’t make the cut.

Season 16 star Jasmine Secrest and her husband, Jarius Williams, didn’t get enough votes to make the top ten list.

Married at First Sight is currently on hiatus.
