Not only was someone pregnant, but they have also already given birth! It wasn’t a secret that the show tried to keep, but simply one that was hidden from viewers who wanted a surprise.
When the Below Deck Mediterranean season finale airs on January 26, fans will likely learn the answers. It will serve as a nice little bow on Season 10.
Ahead of the big night, Bravo did release an extended sneak peek of the season finale. It includes more drama from the final charter guests and some questions about crew relationships.
Who was pregnant on Below Deck Med Season 10?
Gael Cameron was pregnant. She and Bosun Nathan Gallagher had a relationship before the season, but she filled in as a deckhand when Victoria San Juan got sick. That gave Nathan and Gael time to revisit their relationship.
Nathan had pined after her for the beginning of Season 10, and he was ecstatic that Captain Sandy brought on Gael midway through the season. Gael wasn’t sure if she wanted to be in a romantic relationship with Nathan again, but it seems she changed her mind.
Gael gave birth this past summer to a baby boy, whom they named Kayden Cameron-Gallagher.
“This past charter season has been one of the toughest times in my entire life,” Nathan stated on the season premiere of Below Deck Med.
“But in the end, it just turned into the best because of this,” he stated as the camera panned to the baby bump belonging to a woman whose face was not in frame.
As we now know, that woman was Gael.
“I said I needed a new dive buddy. Life said: Let’s make one from scratch,” Gael captioned a video with her cute new baby.

Previously, Gael and Nathan shared fun posts featuring Baby Kayden.
“Starting him young 🛥️ ❤️,” Nathan captioned a post from a boat.
“Merry Christmas from mine to yours 🎄❤️,” Gael captioned a holiday video with her baby.
In August, Gael shared photos of Kayden being introduced to the water.
“Sunshine, water and my baby boy 🤍Kayden’s first day in the water.. he still prefers it luke warm 😂,” she wrote.
