Survivor 50 footage released early for Episode 2

Survivor 50, Episode 2 has some early footage for fans to enjoy.

A three-hour season premiere arrived on February 25, but now we can focus on the second installment.

As a quick reminder, Jenna Lewis-Dougherty was the first to be voted out. She got eliminated at the first Tribal Council.

Kyle Fraser was eliminated on Day 4. Unfortunately, Kyle was medically evacuated after sustaining an injury during the first Immunity Challenge.

Jenna has now blamed pre-gaming for her elimination. She spoke about it during an exit interview.

Kyle gave his followers an injury update. He had to leave Fiji immediately after his exit to get medical attention.

Survivor 50, Episode 2 sneak peek

Below is our sneak peek at Survivor 50, Episode 2. It debuts March 4 on CBS. The new episode is also only 90 minutes.

“Castaways are forced to go back to the drawing board and reassess their alliances. One castaway’s attempt to publicly set the record straight, sends shockwaves through the rest of camp. The reward challenge is a smash hit as tribes must shatter all other’s hopes of coming in first. Then, differences in work ethic cause strain among tribemates,” reads the full episode synopsis.

The early footage begins with the Vatu Tribe. We can see Kyle’s boat fading into the distance. Genevieve Muchaluk speaks to the camera in a confessional.

Understandably, Genevieve is reeling after her tribe lost Kyle. She’s not the only one in a bad spot. Quintavius “Q” Burdette wanted to go to the end with Kyle. So, plans must now shift.

The tribe also spends a moment to miss Kyle. But move forward they must. Can they overcome the disadvantage during the next Immunity Challenge?

More from Survivor 50

Only 22 people remain in the game. As a reminder, that includes the two former winners. Dee Valladares won Survivor 45. And Savannah Louie won Survivor 49. The ladies, along with Kyle, were trying to become two-time winners.

Thus far, only two people have won Survivor USA two times. Sandra Diaz Twine and Tony Vlachos hold that title. But Parvati Shallow recently won Survivor: Australia. So she has also technically won Survivor twice.

New episodes will continue airing on Wednesday nights at 8/7c on CBS. Previous episodes are streaming on Paramount+.
