Below Deck Med Season 10 featured many relationships, including a boatmance between Cathy Skinner and Max Salvador-Holz.

Gael Cameron and Bosun Nathan Gallagher now have a baby boy. It would seem Nathan was very successful in wooing Gael.

Cathy Skinner and Max Salvador-Holz met on Below Deck Med
Captain Sandy Yawn fired two crew members on Below Deck Mediterranean: Christian Trimino and Tessa Budd. They didn’t fit, and the trigger was pulled early in Season 10.
Victoria San Juan was moved to the deck crew, and Cathy was hired as a new stew. Cathy has Chief Stew experience, so she was a huge help to Chief Stew Aesha Scott’s interior team.
Joe Bradley joined the deck team, giving Bosun Nathan Gallagher a familiar face. Later, they butted heads in the season after Joe continued being a “player” with the women.
Cathy and Max found their way to a romantic relationship with one another. They hit some bumps along the way, but were on great terms during the season finale.
Are Cathy and Max from Below Deck Med still together?
Captain Sandy addressed the Cathy and Max relationship during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live. She told host Andy Cohen that the couple had broken up.
Max was supposed to fly to see Cathy after the season ended, and Cathy stated that she was excited to see where their relationship would go.
But Max flaked. Cathy revealed that he canceled just hours before his flight to London, where they were supposed to unite and then travel to Bali.
“He sent me a very long message explaining that he couldn’t be exclusive and wasn’t ready for a relationship, as he had only recently broken up with his ex and hadn’t healed from that,” Cathy told Bravo. “He then asked me to come to Bali to see him, but I wasn’t willing to fly across the world for someone who couldn’t get on a short flight to London.”
Cathy also spoke about where their relationship stands now.
“We have seen each other since, but only when we happened to be in the same places for work. Today, we have a friendship — we check in with each other — but Max is on his own path and needs clarity and happiness within himself before being able to share that with someone else. I still don’t fully understand his text messages,” Cathy elaborated.
