Big Brother 27: Are there returners? Answer addressed by producers

The Big Brother 27 cast is just about ready to take over primetime.

A new season begins on Thursday, July 10, and CBS viewers get a 90-minute premiere.

Many social media teasers have emerged over the past few weeks, leading some fans to believe that the BB27 cast will feature some returners.

The inclusion of bonus Friday night episodes called Big Brother: Unlocked has also shaken things up.

Are there returning houseguests on the Big Brother 27 cast?

CBS and the show’s producers have confirmed that the Big Brother 27 cast will be entirely new faces.

That revelation confirmed what has been thought for a while, with a brand-new group of houseguests ready to play the game.

But there’s also a wrinkle. CBS viewers will indeed see returning houseguests on the Friday night show.

Big Brother: Unlocked will be more of a roundtable than an actual BB27 episode. It will feature Big Brother All-Stars speaking about the current season.

The first episode of Big Brother: Unlocked airs on Friday, July 25.
