Jessica Nickson would rather spend time with her daughters than worry about a clean house.
The Big Brother alum recently shared a video of her family enjoying time outdoors and revealed that she chose it over keeping up with the housework.
Jessica appeared on Big Brother 19, where she met her future husband, Cody Nickson.
The duo hit it off in the Big Brother house, but had to pause their showmance when Jessica got sent home before the jury phase.
Cody made it to the jury phase, where he voted for Josh Martinez to win over runner-up Paul Abrahamian.
After the season ended, the couple reunited, and they later went on to win a season of The Amazing Race, along with the $1 million prize that came with it.
Jessica Nickson prefers family time to cleaning house
“The floors are sticky, the laundry’s overflowing, and I’m pretty sure there’s a half eaten peanut butter sandwich somewhere inside. But today we laughed. We splashed. We soaked up every minute together,” Jessica began a new Instagram post.
The post features Jessica, Cody, and their daughters splashing around in a pool and enjoying the warm weather. She posits whether she is doing enough for her kiddos later in the post.
“Sometimes I wonder if I’m doing enough. But then I see their smiles and remember this is the stuff they’ll remember. Not how clean the house was,” Jessica added.
“If you’re in the thick of the mess too… you’re not alone. And you’re doing better than you think. ❤️ What do you let slide for the sake of memory-making?” she ended her hopeful post.
Jessica is pregnant with another baby
Another baby is on the way for Jessica and Cody Nickson. They revealed the big news in April, announcing that their family was about to add another baby girl.
“Baby Girl #5!!!!! Coming October 2025 🎀 Name suggestions requested because we’re fresh out!” Jessica captioned the post.
“Omg congratulations!!! Yall make the prettiest babies👏❤️,” Big Brother winner Jordan Lloyd commented.
“THRILLED for you!! What a perfect fam!” fellow Big Brother alum Meg Maley wrote.
October will be an exciting month for the growing family.
