Big Brother 28 hits CBS this summer. But waiting is the hardest part.
It’s been many months since we closed the door on the BB27 cast.
Rachel Reilly returned for the season, trying to duplicate her win on BB13.
Ashley Hollis won BB27, Vince Panero was the runner-up, and Keanu Soto won America’s Favorite Houseguest.
Now, we are looking forward to a new cast of characters.
Unfortunately, we don’t know much about the upcoming season. Only that it has been approved, and that the producers are holding open casting calls.
Recently, Julie did post a fun BB28 tease. It got fans buzzing for a while. But that has died down recently.
Big Brother fans are ready for the 2026 season
“Just 3 months to go! #BB28#BBLF,” reads a fun X post. It features Izzy Gleicher from BB26 playing the flute.
One fan wrote about how they absent-mindedly tried to open the Big Brother Live Feeds.
“Why did i just try to open paramount plus for the live feeds the withdrawals are INSANE BB28 WHERE ARE YOU,” they wrote.
“I need big brother back like i need air #bb27 #bb28,” one fan posted with a fun video.
Want to be on the Big Brother 28 cast?
Open casting calls are getting shared online.
“Hope everyone is enjoying the spring. We’re heading into the Big Brother season shortly. A new casting call has been posted for Massachusetts later this month. #BB28,” reads a post for one that’s upcoming.
One fan joked about Vince from BB27 when they saw the casting call.
“I’m recently unemployed and live in Springfield I should apply I’ll fill in the ‘vinny’ slot,” they wrote.
Another fan noted that there is a way for BB Live Feed addicts to stay busy in the offseason.
“Any other Big Brother Live Feeders getting their fix from the Artemis ll Livestream? @NASA#bb28#bblf,” they joked.
Many more fans have been using the BB28 hashtag recently. Hopefully, we will soon learn the start date and the theme for the Big Brother 28 season.
