Jinger Duggar will have a very Duggar Christmas

Jinger Duggar didn’t just stop through Arkansas for the celebration of the December/January birthdays this year. The former Counting On star is staying to spend Christmas with her parents and siblings.

This will be the first time in 9 years that Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo will spend the holiday with Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar.

It also marks the first time her children, Felicity, Evangeline, and Finnegan, will experience the hustle and bustle of the Big House.

The Vuolos haven’t spent long durations in Arkansas since tying the knot. Christmases have been spent with Jeremy’s family because they are all in one place for the holiday. It’s much harder to nail things down with them than the Duggars.

During a sister and sister-in-law outing, Jinger was part of the crew. They spent the day together with all nine of the sisters and a couple of sisters-in-law, including the rarely-seen Kendra Caldwell.

It seems quality time is what’s in store for Jinger in Arkansas.

Jinger Duggar does Christmas at the Big House

This year, Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo will be all in when it comes to the Duggar Christmas. Their three children will also be a part of the chaos of the Big House.

While speaking about their Christmas plans on a recent episode of their podcast, Jinger mentioned not having been home for the holidays in nine years. She said, “We went back one year, three times in one year, for weddings. So you’re like, ‘Oh, we weren’t there for the holidays,’ but we were there for multiple weddings.”

Her family always has something going on, so they go back for weddings and other events throughout the year, and typically reserve Christmas for Jeremy’s family.

Jinger makes a cringey gift suggestion

During the podcast episode, Jinger revealed that she drew Jana Duggar in the gift exchange. However, Jeremy may have gotten the hardest person to buy for — Jim Bob Duggar.

The gift exchange is an excellent idea for a large family like the Duggars, especially when it comes to siblings and nieces and nephews to consider during the holiday season. Jinger likely knew what to get for a very pregnant Jana right away, and she even offered up a few things for her husband to buy for her father.

One of the suggestions was a pack of white T-shirts. That was the least cringey suggestion of the three, with the other two being socks or underwear. While she was attempting to be funny, it was actually just another cringey moment for the family — something that happens quite often.

As the siblings spend time together, there will likely be photos and videos of the Duggar Christmas. The sisters enjoy sharing moments with their followers, and Christmas is a particularly special one.
