MAFS alum Stacia Karcher spills dating horror story

Married at First Sight alum Stacia Karcher is still trying to find her soulmate after her divorce from Nate Barnes.

However, she’s quickly realizing that the dating pool in California is murky, to put it mildly.

Stacia recently shared a dating horror story with her social media followers, and we’re fully on her side with this one.

The Season 15 star’s behavior during her marriage to Nate may have raised eyebrows, as she was dubbed as being too needy during the eight-week experiment.

Some people blamed Stacia for the demise of their short-lived marriage.

However, in this situation, she was not the problem.

Stacia Karcher details a bad first date

The MAFS star, who now resides in Los Angeles, is keeping her followers entertained with her dating stories.

“So y’all have been asking for the dating stories, so let’s jump right on into them!” she noted in the post.

She revealed that after talking to someone for a few days, he asked her on a date, and she suggested some cost-effective options, such as hiking or going for coffee.

However, he suggested indoor skydiving, and she was up for that.

Sadly, when they arrived, he wasn’t up for paying the $120 it would cost for the activity and suggested she Cash App her share to him.

She paid her way inside, only to realize he hadn’t called ahead to schedule a time, so they had to wait an hour.

After the activity, he suggested they get something to eat.

“I picked like a poke place, something that’s quick, cheap, easy, in and out,” shared the MAFS alum, who noted that when they arrived. “He gets in front of me, orders first, pays for his food, and then sits down.”

Stacia said she ordered and paid for her food, and after about 20 minutes, she was ready to go.

The Married at First Sight star slams her cheap date

We’re guessing there wasn’t a second date for Stacia and the mystery guy after that horror story.

After sharing the details, the MAFS alum got plenty of support from her Instagram followers in the comments.

“I feel like if you asked me out on a date, I would think you’d pay for it,” Stacia reasoned. “If I ask somebody out, I’m paying for it.”

Married at First Sight is currently on hiatus.
