People often say you should celebrate the small things, and Married at First Sight stars Amani Aliyya and Woody Randall are taking a page from that.
The duo recently toasted their parenting anniversary with an all-day outing in New Orleans.
They shared the moment on social media, enjoying treats and some time without the kids at a hot spot in the city.
Woody and Amani have come a long way since they met as strangers in Season 11.
It was an instant connection between the duo, with both expressing their desire to start a family.
After the season wrapped, the couple did just that, welcoming two boys, Rai and big brother Reign, completing their family of four.
Amani and Woody celebrate being parents
Amani and Woody are always down to have a good time, and the MAFS fan-favorite couple just started a new tradition– a parenting anniversary.
A post shared on Instagram showed the duo having a grand time at Voodoo Chicken and Daiquiris in New Orleans, days before their eldest son, Reign, turned three years old.
“Celebrating our third year of parenthood tourist style!” noted Amani in the post.
“Y’all know this sling ain’t holding me back 😂. Woody and I had our parenting anniversary celebration before all the birthday party hoopla this weekend.”
MAFS offspring Reign Randall is three years old
Amani and Woody have been parents for three years, which means their eldest son, Reign Randall, is growing out of his toddler phase.
The couple went all out for “Reign’s Lil Wheel Festival,” complete with a train and a bouncy house.
Reign also got a special treat when the New Orleans Fire Department paid him a visit with their fanciest truck in tow.
Photos from the event showed the birthday boy enjoying the festivities with his friends and family and his baby brother, Rai.
“This weekend, we celebrated Reign’s 3rd birthday with his first party, and it was a fantastic experience!” exclaimed Amani in her post.
“From the fire truck to the train rides, water fights, and bounce houses, everyone had a great time.”
Married at First Sight is currently on hiatus.
