Survivor 50: Savannah just apologized to Rizo for what happened

Survivor 50 aired another dramatic episode on Wednesday night.

This time, the players had to compete in duos. It also meant a duo would get voted out at Tribal Council.

As the episode progressed, a scene featuring Chrissy Hofbeck gained a lot of traction.

In that scene, Chrissy said Rizo Velovic held his Immunity Idol for most of Season 49 and never played it, despite frequently saying he would.

But Chrissy did not watch Survivor 49 before Season 50 began filming. It meant she got that information from someone else.

Now, Savannah Louie has publicly apologized to Rizo. She may have revealed too much about him when trying to downplay how well they competed on Survivor 49.

Savannah issues Rizo an apology during Survivor 50 episode

“Alright also full disclosure when I told people Rizo had an Idol for 49 I feel like I did it in a way that made him sound unserious, not threatening,” Savannah wrote on social media.

“Sorry @rizgod love youuuuu hope you don’t go home tn eeeeek,” she added.

Let’s set aside that Savannah is acting like she doesn’t know who makes it to the end of Survivor 50. Do we really believe she had no contact with anyone after they all got home from Fiji?

“Maybe other people who were actually on my beach took it as not threatening tho… only time will tell, and I cannot wait to be vindicated,” she added.

Savannah Apology
Savannah addressed the Rizo situation during a Survivor 50 episode.

As for Rizo, he did survive the dramatic episode. He is now in the top 11 for the season, taking another step toward making the endgame.

Oh, and Rizo was somehow able to protect his Immunity Idol, again, and he can use it for safety later this season.

Meanwhile, his position in the game got even stronger by removing two people who wanted him gone (Chrissy and Coach).

Coach tried to win him over, but it didn’t work in the way Coach had hoped.
