Finally, there’s good news for Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum Teddi Mellencamp. The former RHOBH star has been battling cancer since her melanoma diagnosis in October 2022.
Then, we learned in February 2025 that Teddi’s cancer had spread after it was found in her brain and lungs. She had emergency brain surgery to remove four tumors. Long story short, things were not looking good for Teddi but she never gave up hope .
On Friday, Teddi shared a snipped of her Two T’s in a Pod podcast on Instagram and in it, she tells Real Housewives of New Jersey alum Dolores Catania that she has “a little life update” to share. Then, Teddi went on to reveal that she recently found out she has “no detectable cancer.”
She continued on to say that she’s “not in remission or anything” and that she’ll still have to do another year of immunotherapy.
Dolores gushed, asking Teddi, “How am I suposed to carry on after this? F the episode!”

In the caption of the video, Teddi wrote, “Before recapping #RHOC, I share a MAJOR health update with Dolores ❤️”
Dolores was quick to comment too, with a message that said, “Teddy, you’re a beacon of hope! Your unrelenting spirit is a testament to your strength. God bless you for sharing your journey – this news is the best! ❤️🙌 i have so much Love and admiration for you .”
On the podcast episode, Teddi elaborated, “I’m still going to be having days where I’m feeling sick and stuff because I still am in immunotherapy. So, I’m still fighting. The way they said it works, it’s like a year, then two years, then at three years, you’re allowed to be considered in remission.”
