We have confirmation that the Big Brother Power of Veto will be used this week. Morgan won the Veto Competition. Then, there was a timeframe when it seemed like she was considering using it to save Vince from the block. It could have gone down as the worst move in Big Brother history.
Keanu became the Week 8 Head of Household. He then nominated Mickey, Morgan, and Vince. Despite Vince crying and begging to stay off the block, Keanu sat him down and told him why he was doing it. Keanu also indicated that Morgan was his primary target.
When Morgan won the Power of Veto, it shook up the plans Keanu had in mind. But he also stated on the feeds that he didn’t mind if Vince went home. Those were harsh words that Vince wasn’t expecting, and they led to even more tears from the mustached man.
A weekend of scrambling in the Big Brother house
Keanu hasn’t revealed what he is going to do at the Veto Ceremony. But he has planted many seeds, and he is watching as people crumble around him. Morgan has confirmed she will save herself, so Keanu has to select someone to sit next to Mickey and Vince. His choices are Rachel, Ava, Ashley, Lauren, Will, and Kelley.
Rachel was told that she is safe. Even as people push to have her become the renom, Keanu promised Rachel she would remain protected. Meanwhile, Rachel wants Lauren to be Morgan’s replacement.
Keanu also had an important chat with Mickey. He told her that it doesn’t even matter who he puts up as a renom. He feels that the renom is safe against Mickey or Vince. This echoes the house sentiment, as it is extremely likely that Mickey or Vince gets voted out at the upcoming Eviction Ceremony.
Morgan hosts the Veto Ceremony on Monday. That’s when we learn for sure who will be on the block for the next Thursday night episode. Even without knowing the third nominee, Mickey and Vince are at risk, raising the stakes for the September 4 BB Block Buster Challenge.
