Yash began the new season with a huge disadvantage – five people from reality TV were also on the cast with him.
Two Survivor alums, a former Big Brother houseguest, someone from RuPaul’s Drag Race, and an American Idol contestant all stood in his way.
Thus far, Yash has outlasted three of them, with only the two Survivor alums remaining (Dee and Devens).
Yash is the Comp Beast of the season, and it isn’t even close. He will need to continue that trend if he wants to survive the Double Eviction and more.
At the time of publication, Yash has won two HOH Competitions, three veto competitions, and a BB Blockbuster.
Let’s be honest – Yash could have beaten Drew in the Pressure Cooker as well. But he made a deal that could help him down the road. Will it work? We can only wait and see. He also lasted 12 to 13 hours while sick.
Winning six challenges in a single season puts him in elite houseguest territory. And he isn’t done yet.
Everyone plays in the next Veto Competition, so he will have at least one more chance to pad that resume.
Sure, in hindsight, Yash should have accepted that BB Bribe the first time around, but he was still a big enough threat that Dee used her power on him.
Could you imagine how the game would have been different had Devens not had that secret power to overtake Yash’s HOH?
Yash has a tough road ahead, but he is certainly in the running to become the Big Brother 28 winner.
