Survivor 51 aired a new episode on Wednesday night. It featured a lot of tribal gameplay.
One tribe tried to recover after a tense Tribal Council, while another tribe got complacent.
As a reminder, the previous episode eliminated two people.
Alexis and Linnea were the ones. That’s six straight women.
Survivor 51, Episode 6 recap
Eric and Cristian were upset that Kilby turned on them to save Lewis.
They got over it later. But Kilby and Lewis were even closer.
Elsewhere, Michael and Kristin searched for a Hidden Immunity Idol.
Brady badmouthed Michael about not being forthcoming while the duo was off searching,
Later, Michael said he was over Brady’s whims and said Brady had become “high maintenance” in the game.
A Survivor 51 Summit
Tree Mail revealed a tribe Summit. Each tribe sent one person. Dina sent Sharonda, Savu sent Ori, and Toka sent Kristin. Dina kept Kilby and Lewis from going. Toka kept Michael from going.
The trio faced a decision: two people would take food back to their tribes (ribs and corn), but the third person would be sent to Exile Island. With the punishment came some power. The person sent to Exile Island would receive a Tethered Immunity Idol. It would be linked to the other two people at the Summit, and could only be used to save them (in the future).
Kristin volunteered to “take one for the team” and went to Exile Island. Shronda and Ori returned to their tribes as heroes. Kristin earned two additional allies, as she could save them.
Later, at Exile Island, Kristin found a note. The note explained that if Sharonda and Ori left the game, Kristin would get a full-power Immunity Idol to herself.
Elsewhere, Jelly and Devin flirted alone at Savu.
Ori returned later with the plate of ribs and corn. They were ecstatic. The trio celebrated being in a “strong place” as they ate.
Immunity Challenge meltdown
The three tribes competed in an intense Immunity Challenge. Jeff Probst told them two tribes would be safe.
Savu had a huge lead and reached the puzzle first.
Toka and Dina caught up. Savu melted down at the puzzle.
Toka won, and Dina finished second. They were safe from Tribal Council.
Savu lost. Ori Jean-Charles, Jelly Loblack, and Devin Way were at risk.
