But Bravo has also released a new bio for Aaryn, giving her some new life on reality TV.
What happened with Aaryn Gries on Big Brother 15?
During Big Brother 15, Aaryn was accused of making homophobic and racist comments. Those comments were made about/toward Andy Herren and Helen Kim.
But she wasn’t the only one making shocking comments. The season was full of people doing the same thing. Several players left the house to learn they had lost their jobs in the real world – including Aaryn.
Aaryn finished eighth that season. After her 5-0 eviction, she then faced an upset audience and Julie Chen Moonves.
Below is a video of Aaryn’s exit interview. Her “apology” drew laughs from the audience. Then, Julie directly quoted Aaryn. She appeared shocked that her statements were read back to her.
Bravo gives Aaryn Williams a second shot on Small Town Trouble: Texas
Bravo has released a new character bio for Aaryn Williams (her married name).
“Aaryn Williams is polarizing, magnetic and often at the center of the drama,” the bio begins.
Indeed, Aaryn has been polarizing, and that likely hasn’t changed.
“A content creator who was publicly outed as bisexual, she’s built a new life on her own terms with her incredibly supportive husband, Nick, and four daughters whom she homeschools. Having openly reckoned with her complicated past, Aaryn is focused on personal growth, owning her mistakes and becoming a better version of herself,” her bio continues.
The show also has a new synopsis.
“Set in Boerne, Texas, the series follows a charming yet unconventional group of social insiders as conservative values of small-town life collide with forbidden attraction, messy friendships, and shocking secrets. Here, perception is everything, temptation is everywhere, and the truth is never as buttoned-up as it looks,” reads the Bravo advertisement for Small Town Trouble: Texas.
