Married at First Sight Season 16 didn’t leave us with much hope that there would be any successful marriages in the mix.
However, Nicole Lilienthal and Chris Thielk proved us wrong, and now they’ve hit a milestone.
They already had bragging rights as the only surviving couple from their season, but that’s not all.
The duo just celebrated their third wedding anniversary.
Nicole took to social media to mark the special occasion, sharing throwback photos from their televised wedding.
Several MAFS alums, including Chris and Nicole’s former castmates, have also taken to the platform to congratulate the couple.

Three years down and hopefully a lifetime more to go for MAFS Season 16 alums Nicole and Chris.
In a recent Instagram post, Nicole revealed that they were still going strong after three years of marriage.
“3 years ago today will forever be known as the start to my favorite love story,” she noted in the caption.
“Happy anniversary, Chris. I love every day of this life with you and will forever be grateful that we were both crazy enough to marry a stranger. ❣️”
MAFS alums celebrate with the happy couple
After sharing the post online, Chris responded with a sweet message for his wife.
“I love you very much, @nicoley_woley! Happy 3rd anniversary, and here is to many, many more years together! ❤️,” he wrote.
We spotted several alums sending love to the happy couple, including MAFS fan favorites Imani Aliyya and Camille Rose.
The couple’s former castmates Shaquille Dillon and Jasmine Secrest also posted anniversary messages for the pair.
Chris and Nicole have maintained a close bond with all their Season 16 castmates since the show wrapped.
Nicole is still besties with Gina Micheletti and Shaquille’s ex-wife Kirsten Grimes. In 2024, the trio even started a podcast together, D List Diaries.
Shaquille, Chris, and Nicole were also guests at castmate Jasmine’s lavish wedding.
Married at First Sight is currently on hiatus.
