The Challenge can be a rough show for some of its contestants. Not everyone can withstand the atmosphere, where you don’t know if the person standing next to you has your back or is waiting for the chance to stab you in it.
Challenge veteran Theo Campbell has a keen understanding of it all. Recently, he shared an honest opinion of the show. Though it may seem like a scathing review of the reality competition show, it comes from someone who knows the game very well.
Theo Campbell came to The Challenge via Love Island. He was looking for love on the dating show, but has spun that into a career within reality television. As of now, Theo has competed on five seasons of The Challenge.
Even though he hasn’t won a season (yet), he was a finalist on War of the Worlds, World Championship, and Vets & New Threats. Theo also appeared on War of the Worlds 2 and Battle of the Eras.
Theo Campbell gets honest about The Challenge
“Yes the challenge is a battle ground for liars cheaters and stealers,” Theo recently posted on X.
“That’s what makes it entertaining,” he added.
His admission came with a side of shade. And it led a fan to call his post “rage bait” in their response.
“If you want to watch a well regulated fair game go watch golf. Or hire 20 Yeremi’s Horacio’s and Avis’s or go back and watch World champs that’s full of boring nerds,” Theo elaborated.
Many fans have responded to his post.
“Bro the issue with u isnt how u played the game its that u dropped off from an Olympic level athletic beast to a guy who avoids competing at all cost, u came in like a Boss, what happened to that guy? I was a fan but now after watching 41 and ur lack of support for Adrienne nah,” wrote another X user.

He said he “served up” the second half of the latest season, but won’t appear on the new season.
Theo also called it “annoying” that he isn’t on The Challenge 42 cast.
