Emem Obot and Brandon Williams raised eyebrows with their fast-paced romance.
However, they upped the ante even further with a wedding ceremony to close out Married at First Sight Season 18.
The event was officiated by longtime expert Pastor Calvin Roberson, but it was not a legal ceremony.
Emem and Brandon have been off our radars since then, and it seems we missed something big.
We’re wondering if the MAFS couple made their marriage legal after the show wrapped.
Emem made a bold move on social media, hinting that she and Brandon are officially man and wife.
Did Emem and Brandon make their marriage official?
Viewers doubted Emem and Brandon’s relationship, but the couple is proving the naysayers wrong.
Not only are they still happily together, but the duo might have quietly made their marriage official.
Emem made a notable change on her socials, replacing “Obot” with Brandon’s surname, “Williams.”
Her Instagram bio now lists her name as “Emem T. Williams and if that wasn’t enough, she added “Wife” and tagged Brandon.
Meanwhile, the retired firefighter has done the same, writing “Married to @ememobot” in his Instagram bio.
The MAFS alum is wearing a wedding band
If that wasn’t enough, our eagle eyes spotted another sign that Emem and Brandon are officially man and wife.
Brandon shared photos from his daughter’s graduation, and we spotted proud stepmom Emem in the mix holding a money bouquet.
However, if you look closely at her finger, you’ll notice a double band — a wedding and an engagement ring.
The Season 18 duo has not confirmed whether they have gone through with making their marriage official, so this could be much ado about nothing.
However, we wouldn’t be surprised if Emem and Brandon decided to skip the big shindig for a civil ceremony with their family and friends.
Either way, the MAFS couple seems to be in it for the long haul, so congrats to them.
Married at First Sight is currently on hiatus.
