Daisy Kelliher from Below Deck Down Under got personal by revealing her recent surgery.
The chief stew recently went through surgery to fix a broken nose, and she looked rough in the days following her procedure.
It was a raw look at what she had to deal with after the surgery, but the good news is that she is reportedly doing great now.
We met Daisy on Below Deck Sailing Yacht, but now she is the chief stew for Captain Jason Chambers on Below Deck Down Under.

Daisy gets vulnerable about having surgery
“Did reality tv- gave you my life so decided to share all of it- the good, the bad, the honesty,” Daisy’s Instagram post began.
“I had a really easy/ smooth recovery. Next time I need to go somewhere that I don’t have friends though 😂. So lucky to have @allidoreporfavor @lewisquinn319 @sarahjioh to support me,” Daisy wrote next to a photo album of her recovery period.
For anyone who came across the post, it might have been shocking to see Daisy all bandaged up.
“I had a really bad deviated septum which is looking really good (I broke my nose sailing when I was about ten- could have been this). And my breathing should be so much better too,” Daisy revealed.
Below Deck Down Under chief stew is doing much better
Indeed, a procedure like this one can really improve someone’s breathing. Daisy even shared a photo of what her nostrils looked like before her procedure.
“My stitches have healed really nicely and the swelling is apparently going to be a JOURNEY! I wanted NATURAL and kept saying this lol. Very early doors but wanted to be transparent and honest. Looking forward to the final result which will be in about a year 😂,” the Below Deck star added.
“So proud of you for being so real and authentic wouldn’t expect anything less from you daise ❤️,” wrote Alli Dore from Below Deck Sailing Yacht.
Daisy can be seen on Wednesday nights on new episodes of Below Deck Down Under this winter and spring.
