Captain Sandy Yawn is back steering the ship on Below Deck Med Season 10. This marks her ninth season with the hit yachting franchise.
In true Below Deck Med fashion, the captain has a full crew made up of newbies and alums. Season 10 sees quite a few more alums than in previous years.

It should surprise no one that Aesha Scott is heading up the interior in the chief stew role. Aesha’s a Below Deck pro at this point, having appeared on four and a half seasons in the franchise.
The bond Aesha has with Captain Sandy has made them another Below Deck dream team. Someone being added to that mix is Nathan Gallagher from Below Deck Med Season 9.
Nathan returns to the deck, but this time in the bosun role. Work and play will be a challenge for Nathan when Gael Cameron returns to the yacht. As Tea on TV reported, Below Deck Med fans will see how they went from calling it quits to a family of three.
The last alum is everyone’s favorite Frenchie Max Salvador, who made his debut in Season 8. Max nearly quit that season because he wasn’t having any fun, so having him back is an interesting move.
Here are the new Below Deck Med crew members
Josh Bingham takes over the galley. The chef has a lot of experience, but he also knows how to bring chaos wherever he goes, and sometimes it’s in clown makeup.
Christian Trimino brings confidence and cockiness to Nathan’s deck team. These two are bound to butt heads a lot.
Tessa Budd rounds out the deck crew. However, she may not be around for long, as she starts the charter season off very sick. Could this be who Gael replaces?
Kizzi Kitchener is one of Aesha’s stews, who likes to play just as hard as she works. In the Below Deck Med Season 10 trailer, she blurts out, “I just wanna f**k everyone.”
Victoria “V” SanJuan is the other stew role, and she has four years of yachting experience. Bravado is the first superyacht she has worked on, which tells us she may struggle a bit.
