Ahead of their Below Deck Med return, Gael Cameron shared a heartfelt message to her man, Nathan Gallagher.
The couple met on Below Deck Med Season 9, where they worked on deck together. Two years after leaving Season 9 together, life looks a lot different for Nathan and Gael.
This summer, they welcomed their first child, son Kayden, but the road to a happy little family wasn’t easy. Gael said just that as she marked their anniversary with a sweet note to him.

Gael used Instagram to share a carousel of photos of life with her main man. She captured their many travels, special moments throughout her pregnancy, and life with their sweet boy.
“Through every high and low, we’ve stood side by side and I wouldn’t want to walk this path with anyone else. Life isn’t always easy, but together we turn it into the most wild, fun, and beautiful adventure. Now, with the best part of both of us in our arms 👶🏼, the journey feels even more magical. Happy anniversary, my love – here’s to all the memories we’ve made and the countless more to come ❤️❤️❤️,” Gael captioned her social media share.
Nathan appeared in the comments to say some sweet words about his lady love and their life together.
“🥹 you’re the sweetest, I love you so much! Can’t wait to do life’s journey with you and our little best friend ❤️💙,” he wrote.
The anniversary comes days before they make their return to the hit yachting series.
