Aesha Scott is gearing up for Season 10 of Below Deck Med, and ahead of that return, she spilled some tea about Rihanna and why she’d love to work for her.
Fans have known about Aesha’s return to Below Deck Med since June, when the returning Captain Sandy Yawn shared the news on social media.
Aesha is a seasoned chief stew now, after her start in Season 4 of Below Deck Med and her beginnings as a second stew under Hannah Ferrier.
After a short break, Aesha came back to the Below Deck Med fold for Season 9 and now, again, for Season 10 for a simple reason.
According to Bravo, Aesha needs to earn some money for a particular reason, telling producers, “This season, I need to earn the bloody money, OK?”
Aesha has a wedding to fund, since she is marrying Scott Dobson on March 7, 2026, which could be one reason why she’d love to work for superstar Rihanna.
Aesha reveals why she’d love to stew for Rihanna
Aesha is a celebrity in her own right, at least to her loyal Below Deck fans, but there is someone she would love the chance to work for, and that is singer Rihanna.
Rihanna just made news as she announced the birth of another child on her social media, so she is on everyone’s radar right now, especially Aesha’s.
US Weekly recently asked Aesha if she would like to work with Leonardo DiCaprio, but she had a surprising response to the question.
Aesha said, “Oh, I’ve actually had Leonardo DiCaprio on before, and he was so polite and so lovely. But I would want to work on Rihanna’s boat because I’ve had friends that have had her on, and they said she is just the nicest, kindest charter guest, and every time she’d get off, she’d leave them designer handbags.”
Well, there you have it, Aesha’s most wanted guest is Rihanna. She certainly sounds like a good tipper for the crew.

Nathan Gallagher, the ship’s bosun, shared some scenes from the upcoming season on Instagram and warned viewers to “Prepare for madness!”
