Big Brother 28 start date revealed

The Big Brother 28 start date was just revealed.

CBS has finally dropped some key information about the upcoming season.

The great news is that the premiere is 90 minutes long this year, kicking off a summer of fun in the Big Brother house. Julie Chen Moonves also returns.

Some fans may also be excited to hear that Big Brother: Unlocked will also return. The companion show will air on Fridays during Summer 2026.

The debut for Big Brother: Unlocked will arrive on Friday, July 10, though. No announcement on the hosts has been made. Last year, former winners Derrick Levasseur and Taylor Hale hosted. Will they return? Stay tuned!

When is the Big Brother 28 start date?

The first episode of Big Brother 28 airs on Thursday, July 9.

CBS will debut Episode 1 at 8/7c, and as a reminder, it’s 90 minutes long.

After that, Thursday night episodes will be one hour each.

“We’re back! Big Brother premieres Thursday, July 9th on @CBS!” reads a new Instagram post from the show.

What nights do Big Brother 28 episodes air on?

New installments will arrive on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays this summer. Episodes air at 8/7c each night.

Paramount+ will be available for fans to watch previous episodes and catch up on the season.

Additionally, the Big Brother Live Feeds will return. This will give fans a chance to see the action live on Paramount+ and Pluto TV. Get ready for another busy summer watching the BB28 feeds!

As a reminder, the season premiere is on Thursday, July 9, followed by new episodes on Sunday, July 12, and Wednesday, July 15.

Who is on the Big Brother 28 cast?

Unfortunately, we don’t know who is on the BBB28 cast (yet). That announcement will come later.

The BB28 cast will likely consist of newbies, but be prepared for the producers to introduce a twist or two. Last season, they had Rachel Reilly from BB12 and BB13 return.
