A new game show features Big Brother and Survivor alums.
The fun format will also be easy for fans to follow along.
What makes it so easy to watch? The game show will air on YouTube and Twitch.
This new show is called Spotlight, and they are rolling it out with a night of reality TV stars.
What is Spotlight?
“Spotlight is an online social game of debate, voting and elimination where players compete for power each round, until a winner is crowned,” reads the show’s tagline.
The idea is simple enough. Players will openly discuss and vote for someone to be put in the Spotlight. That person then eliminates someone from the game.
Before the eliminations, the person in the Spotlight has private one-on-one meetings with each player to reach their decision. After the meetings, the player in the Spotlight reveals the elimination.
This process is repeated until only two players remain. Then, a jury of eliminated players votes for the winner.
Applications are open to compete in future episodes.
Who are the Big Brother and Survivor players on Spotlight?
The first episode of Spotlight airs at 4 p.m. PT / 7 p.m. ET on Sunday, March 29.
The first night features 13 reality TV stars competing for bragging rights.
Amazingly, five people from Survivor appear on the first night.
Survivor fans can cheer for Katurah Topps from Survivor 45, Mary Zheng from Survivor 48, Omar Zaheer from Survivor 42, Jerome “Rome” Cooney from Survivor 47, and Victoria Baamonde from Survivor: Edge of Extinction.
Meanwhile, the cast also includes Derek Frazier and Hannah Chaddha from Big Brother 23.
Also, Ricky Rotandi from The Amazing Race 36 rounds out the CBS folks.
