After Ava got evicted, Morgan was caught saying something that caught the attention of viewers.
Morgan stated that she received a notification that she wasn’t supposed to, where she learned that someone like Ava would be a houseguest this summer.
Vince quickly told her that they were “live” on TV, which caused her to end the story there.
Morgan makes a comment about Ava on the live episode
“Yeah, I had accidentally received a message I shouldn’t have about a girl named Ava being an alternate,” Morgan stated.
“I think we’re still live,” Vince interrupted.
“You’re right, I think we are,” Ashley added.
“Ohhhhhh,” Morgan uttered.
The trio then exchanged a nervous laugh about what had happened.

So what does it all mean?
It sounds like someone in production accidentally messaged Morgan before the season began. It sounds harmless enough, as the staff likely knew about it all before the first episode.
There are often replacements on the Big Brother cast, referred to as alternates, who are sequestered in case they are needed. In the past, alternates have included Claire Rehfuss from the BB23 cast and Tucker Des Lauriers from the BB26 cast.
Additionally, it has now been confirmed that Ava was indeed an alternate.
