Salley Carson isn’t just getting the villain edit on Southern Charm — it carried over to BravoCon

Salley Carson is front and center on Southern Charm, but it isn’t in the best way.

Following last season’s drama, Salley and Venita Aspen became good friends. They spent plenty of time hanging out after the reunion wrapped, which allowed them to get close.

However, that seems to be riding on a fragile line as Salley works on snagging newly single Craig Conover for herself.

Despite knowing that Venita isn’t here for Craig in any capacity after he spoke out about her comments about Paige DeSorbo on Watch What Happens Live, Salley wants to spend time with Craig.

Interestingly, it’s not just Southern Charm viewers who are seeing the less-than-kind side of Salley. She allegedly rubbed some of the Housewives the wrong way at BravoCon.

And, if it’s on Dorinda Medley’s radar, you know it had to be something significant. While interviewing Craig for her Radio Andy Show, the RHONY star revealed she didn’t see Salley as “friendly.”

Salley Carson called out by Dorinda Medley

While speaking with Craig Conover on Reality Checked, Dorinda Medley broached the topic of Salley Carson. She indicated that the Southern Charm cast member wasn’t friendly when the two had crossed paths at BravoCon earlier this year.

Naturally, Craig was surprised by the news. He mentioned she had always been friendly to him and said he considers her “like a sister.” That’s quite a change from spending late nights in his hot tub while Southern Charm filmed, but we digress.

Dorinda went on to tell Craig that she had been on the bus with Salley a few times, and she wasn’t friendly. She appeared too occupied with how she looked and with what was happening on her Instagram. And for some reason, she wore sunglasses at night. That seemed to irk Dorinda more than anything.

Will Salley Carson survive this season of Southern Charm?

It’s not going so well for Salley Carson on Southern Charm right now. She has seemingly gotten the villain edit, and her friendship with Venita Aspen is crumbling as each episode continues to air.

There’s also a love triangle brewing between Craig Conver, Salley, and her friends, Charley Manley. Craig is more interested in her blonde friend, and the girls already had a bit of a confrontation over him. With tensions rising, it’s only a matter of time before things explode.

Salley has appeared on different reality TV shows, including Southern Hospitality, before being featured on Southern Charm. There was also a stint on The Bachelor and subsequently on Bachelor in Paradise. However, she self-eliminated from Clayton Echard’s season after realizing she was still dealing with the aftermath of her engagement’s end.

Southern Charm airs Wednesdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
