Survivor 50 is on the way. CBS wrapped up Survivor 49, clearing the way for the big celebration.
Fresh off winning Season 49, Savannah Louie was invited back for Season 50. She joins 23 other players hoping to cement their legacy as a legend on the show.
Television viewers should expect the new season to be heavily promoted. That includes a crossover with Beast Games, which begins this January and even features guest star Jeff Probst.
February 2026 is also packed with classic Survivor episodes. The network wants to refresh everyone’s minds about the players in this new season, so many older episodes will be re-aired in primetime.

When does Survivor 50 start on CBS?
Finally, the Survivor 50 season premiere will arrive on Wednesday, February 25. CBS has also announced that it’s a three-hour event. That’s right, viewers will get to enjoy a full night of Survivor action.
Additionally, this is a fan-created Season. As a reminder, fans voted on key components of the season, such as whether there should be an Auction or if the Live Reunion Show should return.
Following the season premiere, Survivor 50 airs weekly 90-minute episodes.
