The Survivor social media folks are having fun now. Following the recent Survivor 49 season finale, the focus has shifted to Survivor 50.
An official announcement has been made to let fans know the players from Season 49 who have advanced to Season 50.
And yes, they are leaning into the nickname of one player that Jeff Probst used when he snuffed their torch during the big season finale.
The new folks on the Survivor 50 cast
“Please welcome our final two players joining the cast of #Survivor50 🤩🔥,” reads a fun new online post.
It also features a series of hashtags that include “RizGod” and “SavannahLouie” in the mentions.
Eagle-eyed viewers and fans who enjoy spoilers already knew this, but Rizo Velovic and Savannah Louie are on the Survivor 50 cast.
“Okay, guys! We’re back. Did you miss us? Cause we missed you,” a voiceover from Kim Kardashian is heard as Rizo and Savannah enter the frame.
“WHHHATTT?!?! IM SHOCKED!!!! THIS IS SHOCKING NEWS!!! SHOCKING!!!” joked one comment.
“Yasssssss bring it home Rizo!!!!!!! Congrats Sav! I would be so happy if they win bk2bk season. Stay strong and stuck together again!!!!” shared an excited fan.
“These two keep the casuals pressed. Good luck king and queen ❤️,” noted another fan.
Indeed, social media was split on Savannah and Rizo, but the duo really dominated the latter half of the season.
Savannah was named the Survivor 49 winner, while Rizo settled for fourth place after losing the Fire-Making Challenge.
Now, they get another shot at becoming the Sole Survivor, with a possible advantage that the rest of the Survivor 50 cast doesn’t know them.
