Leroy Garrett has become a fan favorite on MTV, following his season of The Real World: Las Vegas and The Challenge.
Despite a brief retirement, he returned to compete on the show, with the All Stars spinoff and several recent seasons of MTV’s flagship show.
After an early exit in Season 40 (Battle of the Eras), he returned for MTV’s Season 41, also known as Vets and New Threats.
The newest season features veteran competitors and rookie teams as pairs. Through a few episodes, cast members formed early alliances, with Leroy seemingly aligned with his friend Johnny Bananas.
Amid the season airing, Leroy experienced a significant life update, as he and fellow MTV star Kam “Killa Kam” Williams officially tied the knot this month..
Now that everyone knows about the wedding, some fans are buzzing about a curious scene featuring Leroy in a Season 41 episode.
Fans reacted to this Leroy scene in Season 41
In most Vets and New Threats episodes, fans get to witness the trademark club scene featuring everyone dancing, having fun, or discussing the game.
There was a “blink-and-you-missed-it” moment where Leroy appeared in a shot, standing behind rookie Izzy Fairthorne, holding her hips.
A popular X account shared a screenshot of the Season 41 scene side-by-side with a photo of Kam and Leroy kissing at their wedding.
“He didn’t waste no time,” the MTVexposed account wrote with the photos.
In the replies, some fans asked for clarification of the scene. Others suggested it might be cheating or that Kam “locked” Leroy down.
“Oh, not Kam being played by both Laurel, then Leroy,” a commenter wrote.
“She really said you give me that ring or I’m out,” another X commenter said.
A few others called out the account for the post.
“Leroy is better than that… don’t do this,” an X reply said.
“This was a quick second where she was being called to dance, the other times they showed them it wasnt like that at all…y start s***??” someone wrote.
Izzy previously appeared in the show Too Hot to Handle. She also had a brief hookup or showmance with Rogan O’Connor, Leroy’s castmate, at the start of The Challenge Season 41.
As of this report, Izzy hasn’t commented on what some fans noticed with her and Leroy in Episode 3.
Kam and Leroy officially tied the knot
Recently, People shared exclusive wedding photos and details about the popular Challenge couple, Kam Williams and Leroy Garrett.
The couple also shared an Instagram carousel of photos from their ceremony, including Leroy looking dapper and Kam looking gorgeous in her white wedding dress and veil.
Ahead of sharing those photos, Kam and Leroy each posted a sweet highlight video from their big day.
Set to the classic wedding song, All My Life by K-Ci and JoJo, it features Kam saying, “Today’s our big day” at the beginning.
There is footage of them preparing for the big event, as well as some shots of their kids’ involvement.
Kam and Leroy originally met on MTV’s The Challenge, where they had a rocky relationship that ultimately blossomed off-screen. So far, they’ve had two children together, Aria and Kingston.
As of August 5, the sixth anniversary of their meeting, they eloped to become husband and wife officially.
The Challenge: Vets and New Threats was filmed several months ago, so it’s always possible that Leroy already shared this with Kam. Or was he even expecting to see it in the final episode?
It’s unclear what the quick scene from Season 41 was that showed Leroy with his castmate. Could it have been a cast conga line at the club, or something else?
As of this writing, Leroy hasn’t clarified, and he might not need to. Vets and New Threats, Episode 4, is set to air on MTV on Wednesday, August 20.
