Weeks ago, The Challenge’s Theo Campbell and Olivia Kaiser shared a special surprise with friends and fans: Olivia is expecting the couple’s first child by the end of this year.
Olivia referred to it as their “sweetest secret” in a series of beautiful photos on social media, capturing the couple and their special moment.
They’ve been together since meeting on The Challenge: Battle of the Eras, which introduced them as teammates on Era 4 along with other newer cast members.
The couple continued dating after filming ended, with Theo even mentioning he’d obtained the ability to live in the United States.
He and Olivia also appear in The Challenge Season 41, also known as Vets & New Threats, which premieres this month.
Their new baby will have some interesting “aunts” and “uncles” based on all the castmates who are friends with Olivia and Theo.
Many of them appear in a fun new video featuring the Challenge family trying to predict if it will be a boy or a girl ahead of the couple revealing the gender!
Johnny Bananas, Tori Deal, and more shared their baby predictions
Survivor and The Challenge star Michele Fitzgerald kicks off the sweet video, reminding everyone that the couple is expecting a baby. She says she gathered many of The Challenge family members to share their predictions for the baby.
Michele starts by saying she believes the couple is going to have a baby boy. From there, a plethora of other Challenge stars appear, including Tori Deal, Cara Maria Sorbello, Leroy Garrett, and multi-time champions Jordan Wiseley, Chris “CT” Tamburello, and Johnny Bananas.
Paulie Calafiore has a humorous line as he announces himself as “Theo’s dad” in the video before sharing his prediction. Bananas predicts there will be “green smoke” because the couple is going to have “a snake” as a callback to his remarks about Olivia in Season 40.
Some of the other Challenge stars who appear in the video include Josh Martinez, Devin Walker, Derek Chavez, Ravyn Rochelle, Nurys Mateo, Horacio Gutierrez, Nehemiah Clark, Tony Raines, and Ryan Kehoe.

Along with that sweet predictions video that Michele orchestrated for her good friends Olivia and Theo, the couple uploaded a video from their official reveal.
The duo appeared outdoors wearing mostly white attire for the event. With confetti cannons in hand, they count down together before shooting their cannons into the air.
And as the slow-motion video footage reveals blue smoke and confetti, it’s a boy!
“I knew it!” Olivia yells as she hugs Theo after their big moment.
Family and friends all walk up to congratulate the couple in the fun video, which also included a poll that thousands of fans voted in.
The vote was a 50/50 split, indicating there was no consensus on the baby predictions.
When the couple shared the big announcement that they were expecting a baby, they also shared that the due date is sometime in December 2025.
Viewers will get to see more of Theo and Olivia’s love story unfold in the upcoming season of MTV’s The Challenge.
