The Challenge’s Turbo was fined by producers for unaired Season 41 blowup

The Challenge: Vets and New Threats featured several cast members returning to the show who had been involved in meltdowns that got them kicked off the show.

One is Ashley “Millionaire” Mitchell, who fans saw mysteriously deactivated during the Spies, Lies & Allies season after an unaired altercation with a castmate.

The other was Turabi “Turbo” Camkiran. He famously had a heated altercation with castmate Jordan Wiseley on War of the Worlds 2, which escalated into an incident with security that resulted in Turbo’s disqualification.

Both have appeared relatively calm during Season 41 of MTV’s competition series, although a trailer revealed otherwise.

Viewers have seen that both Ashley and Turbo get involved in new arguments with different castmates.

However, Turbo allegedly had a blowup not shown in MTV’s recently aired Episode 4, which resulted in a fine from production.

The Challenge’s Turbo erupted after Season 41 daily

Turbo’s rookie castmate, Ben Davis, shared details about an incident from the daily challenge in Episode 4.

The unaired event happened after Ben and his vet teammate, Michaela Bradshaw, won the daily. It involved completing a Sudoku puzzle and then racing to the finish line of a giant shipping container maze.

Turbo and his rookie teammate, Sydney Segal, were a close second by “a couple minutes.” However, they initially thought they won due to a prank.

“When they were running to the finish line, me and Michaela were hiding behind the shipping container to make them think that they were first,” Ben said.

He mentioned that they also convinced nearby castmate Gabe Wai, the Hangnail, to help pretend that Turbo and Sydney Segal had won by clapping as they neared the finish line.

Ben said he and Michaela popped out from their hiding spot to applaud Turbo and Sydney as they got to the finish. While the joke was in good fun, Turbo was not happy.

“Turbo got so mad. He takes his helmet, and he like slams it on the ground. Bro, he is just mad. Very f***ing mad,” Ben told his podcast co-host.

According to Ben, Turbo’s blowup resulted in production needing to have a chat with him about his temper tantrum.

“They didn’t show this in the episode. Maybe it will be a deleted scene or something. Turbo got fined like $1,000 or $1,500,” Ben claimed on his Do Not Resuscitate podcast.

That was one of several big talking points from Episode 4 that didn’t appear in the episode—another featured intoxicated castmate, America Lopez, kissing Dee Valladares during the cast’s bus ride home after their club outing.

That’s since become a hot topic as various castmates spilled details about America’s alleged cheating on her boyfriend during MTV’s Vets and New Threats.

Turbo has another blowup in Vets and New Threats

Previous Vets and New Threats trailers show Turbo and Chris “CT” Tamburello in an intense argument in the kitchen.

By now, fans have likely seen the footage of CT with castmate Theo Campbell standing nearby the counter. He and Turbo get into a shouting match as the five-time champ tells Turbo he’ll come on the show whenever he wants.

Turbo calls him a “lazy fat a**,” which many fans have seemed to latch onto based on CT looking out of shape on Season 41 compared to previous seasons.

One has to wonder if Turbo or CT received fines or warnings for anything that happened during this incident.

Turbo previously won MTV’s War of the Worlds season. As the solo winner of that final, he received a prize of $750,000.

The Challenge: Vets and New Threats airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on MTV.
