Information on The Challenge 42 cast has finally dropped.
After months of rumors, we now have some specifics for the new season.
Of course, TJ Lavin returns as host. We were sure of this, even after fake rumors that stated Julie Chen Moonves from Big Brother would replace him.
The new Challenge season is filming in Thailand, and the rumored departure days have arrived. It is expected to film from the end of February into March, and the television debut could fall this summer.
As usual, Big Brother and Survivor have some recognizable faces. That includes Faysal “Fessy” Shafaat from Big Brother 20 and Michele Fitzgerald from Survivor. They won’t be alone on the new season.
It’s also interesting that Cara Maria Sorbello is listed on the cast for The Challenge 42. Previously, she had been ruled out by many rumors.

Now GamerVev says that Faysal “Fessy” Shafaat from Big Brother 20 is out.
A retraction from GamerVev: Mary Zheng from Survivor is not on the season. There was also a retraction for Tina Barta from Road Rules: South Pacific. Yet another retraction involves Michaela Bradshaw from Survivor.
Jodi Weatherton from Road Rules: X-Treme, Nany Gonzalez from The Real World: Vegas, and Saiounia Hughley from Survivor were reportedly dropped from the cast.
