Big Brother 28 cast rumors are starting to pick up as the season premiere approaches.
Recent reports suggest that the production team has reached out to popular players from recent seasons.
This has caused some fans to believe that the upcoming season will feature returners.
We haven’t had a season of returning players since BB22, when an All-Star cast played the game.
But BB22 had some issues, including allegations of pre-game alliances that were formed before the players even entered the house.
Cody Calafiore won that season – a season that also featured Janelle Pierzina, Da’Vonne Rogers, Nicole Franzel, and many others.
Rumors about Big Brother 28 cast featuring alums
According to The U.S. Sun, the show’s producers want this season to feature “people who already know how to play hard, make big moves, stir drama and create moments fans actually remember.”
The sentiment echoed in a report from TV Insider. Each site revealed some interesting names.
Allegedly, the show contacted Morgan Pope from Big Brother 27. She was a beast that season, but came up short in the end. Ashley Hollis ended up winning.
Reportedly, they also contacted Tucker Des Lauriers from BB26. He was also a competition beast, despite an early-season elimination. Tucker later became America’s Favorite Player. Chelsie Baham won the season.
Both sites also mention Derek Xiao from BB23. He was an energetic force, later competing on and winning The Amazing Race with Claire Rehfuss.

On paper, that’s an interesting trio of returning players. They are all adept at the game and know how to win challenges.
But are these rumors even slightly correct? CBS and producers have confirmed nothing. They haven’t even confirmed if anyone is returning this summer.
The only person we know for sure is host Julie Chen Moonves, who has been teasing fans about the new season. She’s definitely ready to rock.
For everything else, we are still in a waiting pattern. And that has led to many additional rumors on social media.
