A Reddit post suggests that the new season will feature returning players and that the theme for BB28 is “Time Trip.”
Indeed, having a season that features the 1,000th episode focused on past seasons does make sense. That could make it easier to sell the twists and involvement of alums.
Below is an image shared in that Reddit post. It confirms that the new season will celebrate the show by involving returning houseguests. But are they players? Or challenge hosts and guest stars? That part is up for debate.
A confirmation of the Big Brother 28 cast rumors?
A secondary source claims that the documents being shared online are accurate. But it does clarify that they misnamed the Big Brother: Unlocked hosts. Derek Xiao from BB23 was listed as an Unlocked host, but it was Derrick Levasseur from BB16 last year. Everyone expects Taylor Hale from BB24 and Derrick L to return, but we did see Derek X as a rumored BB28 player.
