Survivor 51’s Brady Booker addressed an embarrassing scene shown during a recent episode. It shocked many viewers.
The castaways finally merged during the latest episode (The Girl at the Prom), putting the final 13 players on one beach.
There was lots of scrambling, and the narrative shifted to three people possibly tanking their own games. One of those players was Brady.
But at the end of the night, Brady was voted out at Tribal Council (9-4 vote over Eric Macksoud). Brady is out, but social media was most interested in discussing something else.
Did the producers really show Brady doing THAT on Survivor 51?
“Wait did they just cut away to a shot of Brady p****** on a tree?! #Survivor,” Mike Bloom tweeted.
“I wish they didn’t air this. Give people privacy when they are going to the bathroom and don’t know they are being recorded doing so,” someone responded.
Many Survivor fans agreed with them.
Indeed, it was a shocking moment. Some fans thought the producers intentionally made Brady look bad.
Brady addresses THAT moment from Survivor 51
During a new exit interview, Brady spoke about that moment from Episode 7.
“Listen, yo, I had to drain the main vein, Brody,” Brady told Entertainment Weekly.
“And I was by myself, dog. I was up in a little corner kinda. I wanted to go fishing. They didn’t show none of that. I was farting around with the little fishing tool because I hadn’t got that guy the whole time,” he elaborated to Dalton Ross.
Brady was also asked why he wasn’t using the “designated place to go to the bathroom” during that scene.
It sounds like Brady worried he would miss part of the camp chatter.
“It was kinda far away [the designated bathroom], and you wanna be able to see camp when people are still talking and stuff to see if anything’s kinda taken off. And I thought, you know, let’s be gross dudes for a minute. Myself. Not you — you’re beautiful, brother,” Brady added in his interview.
