Big Brother 28 cast rumors are everywhere on social media, but now host Julie Chen Moonves has weighed in.
As previously reported by Tea on TV, the longtime host already confirmed that Survivor is somehow involved. But in what aspect? We aren’t sure yet.
Some houseguests have also teased their involvement on social media. But which ones are being honest, and which ones are just trolling for attention? That’s not completely clear.
As for Julie, she already has all the information. She knows the BB28 cast members. She also knows which other celebrities are appearing.
Julie reacts to the Big Brother 28 cast rumors
The Big Brother host has also seen the various online rumors.
“Some of you might be right what you’re speculating. Some of the stuff online might be accurate,” Julie posited.
But then she really got down to it.
“Some of it is dead wrong,” she told EW. “But there’s only one way to find out if what you’re hearing is true or not, and you gotta be there [on premiere night].”
Julie also addressed whether or not “familiar faces” are on this season.
“I can say that if you love Big Brother and you’re a decent fan, it’s gonna register a big reaction. Definitely big,” Julie teased.
“I think some people are gonna be very excited and happy, and I think some people are gonna be like, ‘Oh, boy.’ And I will say that if you are a lover of the top reality shows out there, then I think you’re gonna be very happy. Very, very happy,” she elaborated.
That’s huge praise. It also sets the bar very high.
The term “top reality shows” also stands out. She is hinting that people from various shows are involved in some fashion. But which ones? Survivor is confirmed. The Challenge is possible since it is also on Paramount+. Tea on TV is also going to guess The Amazing Race.
Luckily, everything will be answered soon. That big season premiere finally arrives on Thursday, July 9.
