The producers teased the houseguests with a button. If someone pressed the button, they would win $10,000, but it would also unleash a curse.
Devens pushed the button. Of course he did. He joked to the cameras about how expensive it is to have kids. That should be a funny moment during the next episode.
The curse suggests someone will go to the jury house this weekend. This gets the cast on track to decide the final three houseguests next Thursday night (September 24).
In the early morning hours of Friday (September 18), the houseguests had to play a lengthy Head of Household Competition. It was the one where they used oversized tweezers to stack pieces.
Devens won the HOH. Again.
Big Brother 28 nominations, target, and desperation
Drew was very desperate to avoid the block. But Devens doesn’t fully trust him. He wants to have as much control as possible. Drew pleaded with Devens to avoid the block, but it didn’t work.
The nominees became Melody and Drew.
Devens told us that Melody is the target. He’s pretty bitter about last week, and he says he’d rather work with Taylor.
So here we are at a crux in the game. Taylor avoided the block, and now Taylor could make a huge game move.
The Veto Competition is on Saturday (September 19), and everyone plays. If Taylor wins the POV, she could save Melody and force Devens to name Dee as the replacement nominee.
In that scenario, only Taylor and Melody would vote. Would they take the shot at Dee?
Likewise, Devens could make a huge move here. He could cut ties with Dee, since he believes she would beat him at the end. That would be risky since Devens cannot play in the next HOH Competition.
A special eviction on Big Brother 28?
Below is footage from Big Brother 27. It shows the special eviction. It took that cast to the final four. Will it be similar this summer?
We expect someone to leave the house and join the BB28 jury on Sunday (September 20).
