Big Brother spoilers provide an update on the Pharaoh’s Curse.
The curse was unleashed when someone pressed the button that Vince Panero left behind.
Shortly after Barrett and Yash got evicted, Vince from BB27 entered the house and shook things up.
The houseguests were placed in separate rooms. They each had a button they could press.
Vince told them that if nobody pressed the button, everyone would win $1,000.
But if one person pressed the button, they would win $10,000 and keep everyone else from the money.
Rick Devens pressed the button. The Survivor star said that kids are expensive as his reasoning.
A new HOH and some frustrated Big Brother fans
In the early-morning hours of Friday (September 18), the houseguests had to play for HOH. It took many hours, but Devens emerged as the new Head of Household.
That revelation frustrated many Big Brother fans, especially after a Double Eviction episode where Dee should have been evicted. But Drew saved her, and the Survivor duo has a clear shot at making the final two.
Meanwhile, the people rooting for Devens and Dee are ecstatic. Most of their obstacles have been removed, and they seem to be coasting. They make it look too easy.
Nominations from Devens and a Veto Competition
Devens nominated Drew and Melody. He wanted a scenario where Drew could not save Melody. Meanwhile, Taylor was safe if she could win the Power of Veto.
Drew won the Veto Competition. He secured the Power of Veto and will save himself from the block. But Melody is pushing him to use the POV on her. He doesn’t seem ready to cave.
What’s to come on Big Brother 28 Week 11?
We expect a Veto Ceremony and an early eviction on Sunday (September 20).
That early eviction will mirror what happened on Big Brother 27, when Keanu Soto was eliminated with a voodoo doll.
We expect Drew to use the POV on himself.
Then there are some questions. Will the Pharaoh’s Curse lead to something strange happening? It’s unclear.
But if the producers stick to the script, Drew and Dee have the only eviction votes this week.
We expect them to vote out Melody. That would leave Taylor, Dee, Drew, and Devens as the final four.
