Survivor 51 Advantages have been plentiful.
The first episode made it clear the season was heading in that direction.
Lewis Kelly was given a chance to win an Individual Immunity Idol on Day 1. He failed, but it set the tone.
Later, one player put two Advantages into play during the same episode.
Who still has Advantages on the Survivor 51 cast?
First, let’s break down the Advantages already used.
Maggie Nestor made a name for herself this season. She controlled two Extra Vote Advantages and used them to flip a Tribal Council. Maggie wasn’t even there when Lewis Kelly and Danny Kilby carried out her plan, and Linnea Capobianco got voted out.
Rob Antonson found a Hidden Immunity Idol on Day 2. It could have helped him make big moves, but Rob quit the show instead.
Before he quit, Rob gave his Idol to another player. Later, we learned that Carter Kroll was the lucky recipient. Carter still has the Save Idol as Episode 6 approaches.
Elsewhere, Jelly Loblack found the Toka Idol. Patt Cannaday was the only person who saw it, and Patt has already been voted out.
We are in some uncharted territory here. Carter and Jelly each possess a secret Hidden Immunity Idol. Can they keep that secret until they use their Idols? Or are we living on borrowed time?
Meanwhile, Brady is upset that Maggie gave away her Extra Vote. He was there when she found it, and he helped her break open an oar to get it. The preview for Episode 6 suggests Brady will turn on her now.
Also, Devin Way has an Extra Vote. He found it with Sharonda Cox.
Hopefully, the trend of voting out women at every Tribal Council ends soon. The ladies could be at an extreme disadvantage. Can they turn the tide before it’s too late?
New episodes air Wednesdays at 8/7c on CBS. Previous episodes (and seasons) are streaming on Paramount+.
