Izzy and Paige share their ‘perspective’ on Amazing Race drama

Big Brother alum Izzy Gleicher and Paige Seber are competing on The Amazing Race Season 38. The happy couple has been together for a while, and their relationship seems to have become even stronger after competing on the reality competition show together.

During a recent episode, the duo was involved in some drama due to their reaction to being U-Turned on the show. Big Brother 25 winner Jag Bains, who was on the same season as Izzy, is on the race with his brother, Jas. They U-Turned Paige and Izzy, but the ladies did not appreciate it.

Now, Izzy and Paige are sharing their side of the equation, providing a new “perspective” on what has happened.

Izzy and Paige elaborate on Amazing Race drama

“Because everyone has thoughts on last week’s episode of @theamazingrace , we thought we would share our perspective. #pizzy#tar38,” Izzy wrote on a new Instagram post.

The ladies added many slides with their thoughts and opinions on what happened during The Amazing Race 38 and how Jag and Jas impacted them.

“To everyone saying ‘well Izzy and Paige would have UTurned Jas and Jag if they got there first!’ Actually NO! We know how this game works and we wouldn’t have taken an arbitrary shot at them that wouldn’t have worked and only would have antagonized them. We’re smarter than that. #TAR38,” Izzy wrote on a Blue Sky post.

This was a direct response to many viewers claiming that had Izzy and Paige been able to U-Turn someone, they would have targeted the brothers.

“Believe it or not our actual strategy was to leave everyone alone and let them make their own mistakes. We didn’t want to get distracted by twists, we didn’t make a plea for the express pass, we weren’t considering U-Turning anyone. We may be haters but please have some respect for our intelligence,” Izzy wrote on another post shared via a slide.

As for how they view the decision Jag and Jas made, a slide addresses that as well.

“There’s just such a huge difference between disliking someone and running around like a cartoon villain sabotaging their game. But Jas and Jag refuse to acknowledge that because they were watching us like hawks looking for any opportunity to jump on the excuse that they were being attacked,” Izzy added.

Below is their full post, which includes several more slides.

So what do you think? Who do you side with in this Big Brother/Amazing Race drama?
